Egglayer's - Moveable Type

Both Models EB12 and EB 10 are available in semi and fully automatic version.

• Machine is equipped with hydraulic oil cooler.
• Vibration system is compatible with Zenith 913 SVS, and original Zenith’s vibrators and moulds (SVS size) can be attached on it.
• Vibration table for producing paving stones can be fitted on machine frame, and also 500 mm max block height (floor production) can be reached in customer request.
• Also steel plate production system is available.
• Blocks are produced on movable steel plate and De-molded on concrete floor.
• An more accuracy in block dimensions are reached on this way and higher efficiency in vibration transfer on concrete in mould.
• Hydraulic components are in CETOP standard and easy interchangeable.

Semiautomatic or Automatic

Vibration system is done with high frequency vibrators. 6000rpm both on mold and tamper head. Vibration table for paving stone can be fitted on machine frame.

Production capacity * (without steel plate which is optional):

• For blocks 400 x 200 x 200 mm …1.200 blocks/h.
• For blocks 400 x 200 x 120 mm …2.000 blocks/h.
  

Short description:

EGGLAYER - EB12 – SEMI AUTOMATIC can produce the following :

1. Hollow block stones
2. Solid block stones
3. Chimneys
4. Light weight blocks
5. Paving stones [with vibration table option] *optional

Following measurements respecting the generated products are characteristic for the EB 12:

1. Concrete element height: 175 mm until 330 mm [*500 mm optionally].
2. Maximum production surface [area]: 1.290 mm x 1.130 mm (product height up to 250 mm).
3. Maximum production surface [area]: 1.240 mm x 900 mm (product height from 250 to 330 mm)
4. Min. block height: 175 mm
5. Max block height with main tamper head plate: 250 mm
6. Max block height without main tamper head plate: 330 mm
7. Depending on type of production and raw material, 25 - 30 sec cycle for hollow block
