Continuous Pre-expanders for EPS

The first step is to Pre- Expand your raw material granules into the desired density.
This is done with a machine that is called a pre-expander. These granules will be store in storage bins, each bin will have a different density allocated to it.
MTS also produces several sizes of continuous pre-expander systems with throughput rates up to 1000 lbs/hour.

Our EPS / EPE machines are designed to accept plate style molds made for some competitors  machines. 

Standard mold plate sizes include 700 x 1000 mm, 800 x 1300 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm, and  1200 x 1400 mm.
