There are three stages for producing Welded Wire Mesh:-
Wire Mesh Welding Machine
Is used for welding all standard types of R and Q meshes.
Meshes are made of straightened and pre-cut line and cross wires, wire diameter 4-12 mm.
Cross wire loading is automatic, and line wires are loading manually.
Welded wire dimensions are – 2150 mm width
Line wire length has no limit.
Straightening and Cutting Machines
is used for straightening and cutting off wire in diameter 6-12 mm.
The machine straightens, cuts off given number of wire pieces and stops to feed wire until the next values are given.
Straightening is performed by use of two sets of rolls places in two normal planes.

The machine comes with a vertical type wire drawing & ribbing (deforming machine) machine, Profiling machine (Rolling machine), Lubricating Powder Box Holder, Base Holder, and the descaling machine
